No plastic card that disappears into a drawer. Your guests add their card to Google Wallet — next to their boarding passes and cinema tickets. Their points balance lives there, and it updates itself after every visit.
What it does for a guest, in plain words.
The card sits in Google Wallet, just like a boarding pass. Nothing to forget, nothing to install.
Points from every visit land on one balance. Eat at four participating places and it all adds up.
Walk past a participating restaurant and the card shows up on their screen, with the balance right there.
Enough points? They redeem straight from their account: a coffee, an amuse, a glass on arrival.
The card updates after every visit. No stamps to count, no fuss at the table.
Anyone who already books with you is set. One tap and the card is there.
What it gets you — and what it costs you.
Finding a new guest costs money. Bringing back a familiar one costs almost nothing. The card is the nudge.
Someone who collected points elsewhere walks past your place and sees they can redeem with you. That's how they come in.
A coffee for 50 points or a dinner for 1,000 — you set the price and whether you join at all.
Twice a month you can send an offer to your own card holders. No mailing list required.
Points, card and gift cards live in the same system as your bookings. No second subscription, no second guest database.
A fixed monthly fee. What you give away is up to you, and no commission comes off the top.
Four steps that run by themselves.
The moment you mark the booking as present, points are added. You do nothing else.
One tap in their account. From then on the balance follows them.
Say: coffee on the house for 50 points. Visible to anyone with enough points.
At the table they show their voucher, your staff ticks it off. Done.
Most booking systems solve loyalty by pointing you at a separate company. Then you pay two subscriptions and keep two guest databases.

Short answers to what owners ask us most.
No. Google Wallet is already on virtually every Android phone. The guest taps ‘Add to Google Wallet’ in their account and that's it.
Google surfaces a saved card when someone comes near an address attached to it. We pass on the addresses of every restaurant offering rewards. Google decides the wording of that notification and how close someone has to be; it only works if the guest has notifications and location enabled.
Only if you have a reward switched on. And consider who walks in: that guest chose you because they could redeem with you. Without the card they'd have been somewhere else.
Twice a month to your own card holders. A guest never receives more than two in total, even if they collect at ten restaurants. That keeps the card welcome.
Your venue disappears from the offering. The points guests collected stay theirs; they can use them at another participating restaurant.
The guest card and the rewards are part of Ultimate.
